Context of use : The platform used for the site is the OpenSource CMS WordPress full version. The WordPress CMS is hosted by an external service provider.

Data processing, files and freedomsTACT Production respects the provisions protecting human rights and fundamental freedoms, the protection of personal data and their free circulation as well as the European Directive n° 95/46 and the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified in 2004 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

The user is hereby informed that, in accordance with article 27 of French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004, relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, he or she has the right to access, rectify and delete any personal information concerning him or her. This right can be exercised by e-mail via the contact form.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the European Regulation on Data Protection, Votre entreprise hereby informs the user that it respects the confidentiality, integrity and security of any data that the user may communicate to it. Data is collected via the tact-production.com website by means of the contact form and the registration form: surname, first name, e-mail, telephone.

This data is stored on the server hosting the tact-production.com website. Server used: Linux Apache shared server, Debian version. Database system: MySql. Database administration software: phpMyadmin with SSL secure link

They are retrieved by the Publishing Director on a single protected computer. No paper version of these data will be created. The WordPress CMS installed for the website does not use the “JetPack” extension offered by WordPress.org. As a result, the latter has no access to customer data.

TACT Production undertakes to collect through the various forms and questionnaires of the site only the minimum data: name, first name, email, phone for the following purpose:

• Customer/prospect identification
• Improving the website
• Replying to comments
• Keep customers and/or prospects up to date on the company’s activities

Users may request the correction or deletion of their data at any time by sending a request via the contact form.

Insofar as the customer requests all contact information updates, it is the customer who contacts us. If the data collected proves to be inaccurate, it will be modified or deleted.

The data collected in this way is kept indefinitely until the customer voluntarily unsubscribes. TACT Production reserves the right to unilaterally delete such data at any time. Users may request the correction or deletion of their data at any time by sending a request via the contact form.

Under the responsibility of the Data Protection Officer of the tact-production.com website, the recipients are the staff of TACT Production within the strict framework of their mission and under the control of the Publication Director.

Subscribing to, accessing and/or using certain Services implies the processing of personal data, which you accept. The person responsible for processing users’ personal data is described in the “Publication Director” section of this legal notice.

TACT Production and/or their partners (if any) also automatically record certain technical data.
